About our Founder
Caroline Ambrosini – Managing Director & External Consultant
Caroline is an accomplished strategic and financial consultant. She currently serves as the Managing Director for Ambrosini Global Recruitment, works with the CEOs and CFOs of most of WA’s major corporates, and has a solid background in their requirements.
Prior to setting up AGR, Caroline enjoyed a national and international career in finance, working in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and New York. Caroline has extensive experience in Treasury Management (Rio Tinto), Investor Relations (Rio Tinto), Mergers and Acquisitions (Wesfarmers), and as a Research Analyst (JP Morgan Investment Management). Most notably, Caroline set up and oversaw the Tourism and Leisure portfolio for JP Morgan Investment Management which led to significant long-term investments in companies such as Burswood Resort, Hamilton Island, and Reef Casino.
Caroline completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia before going on to complete her CPA with the Australian Society of CPAs. Additionally, Caroline completed an in-house MBA in New York as part of JP Morgan’s Management Training Program. Caroline also studied the Chartered Financial Analyst course out of Boston and the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the then Securities Institute of Australia.
Caroline has contributed to industry as a presenter at several prestigious forums including the WA CFO Symposium twice. She has been a recipient of, and subsequently served as judge for, the WA Business News 40 under 40 awards. From a philanthropic standpoint, Caroline was a member of the committee/Board which successfully raised $20 million from WA’s business leaders to build the world-class Jack Bendat Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Subiaco.
